Description: 2-story commercial/residential block, frame with brick ends, L-shaped footprint, Colonial Revival, entries on north and south elevations

Notes: Built by LaRoche Brothers (PHS I:128); addition 1964 by them too, owned by Petersons by 1974, doctor, dentist offices, apartments facing Vale Street

39 Grove Street

A new Peterborough professional building will be built by the LaRoche brothers this year. Located next to Putnam Park, it will have six offices on the ground floor and  five apartments upstairs.
